1/2Readwise collects the highlights you make while reading and makes sure you see them again. It syncs from Kindle, Apple Books, Instapaper, Twitter, podcasts and PDFs, keeps them searchable and taggable in one library, and mails a daily review of a handful of them so the things you underlined months ago resurface instead of sitting in a file. Highlights export to Notion, Obsidian, Roam and the rest, so the library feeds whatever notes system you already keep. Reader, included on the full plan, is the read-later half: articles, newsletters, PDFs, EPUBs, YouTube transcripts and RSS in one queue, with highlighting, notes and text-to-speech, and anything you highlight there flows into the same library. Both plans are billed annually, and there is a 30-day free trial.
