“PandaDoc is great for invoices/contracts. If you're already sending these manually (Word Doc, PDF, whichever) you can create a template out of it and it auto-populates everything for you. They also have an integration with Stripe so you can generate your PandaDocs directly from Stripe if I understand that integration correctly.”

“Pandadoc totally sucks with its pricing. Pay $20 USD and you still have to have their fucking logo on everything, can't even access basic forms, fuck that shit. Pandadoc is great if you are already crushing it, it's like Hubspot, undeniably great tool but the pricing locks out the majority or real SMBs.”
“Cloud documents allow sending out read-only links, and revision history can be preserved.Even for such things as contracts, something like PandaDoc or DocuSign is way better than PDF.I mainly see PDFs used for sending documentation, HR onboarding info, and contracts.”
“Once they complete the form, you could send them a pandadoc for official esignature. Note - you could also add an Electronic Signature property that the person completing the form could populate upon submission - a few extra steps to make it a fully legal electronic signature, for 95% of use cases, this will suffice.”
