1/3Canny collects what customers ask for and turns it into a decision: feedback goes onto public or private boards where people post, vote and comment, and duplicate requests merge into one so the vote count means something. Autopilot reads the places feedback already arrives - Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gong, Zoom and others - captures requests from those conversations, deduplicates them and routes them to the right team. Posts carry the revenue behind them, so features can be scored and ranked by impact rather than by volume, and the ones you commit to move onto a public or private roadmap with status updates and date estimates emailed back to everyone who asked. A changelog and an in-product widget announce what shipped. Pricing counts tracked users - anyone associated with a piece of feedback - starting at 25 on the free plan.
